Return Policy
Our hassle-free 30-day return policy applies to everything—yes, everything!
To qualify for a return, items must be unused (free from scuffs, scratches, or any signs of wear) and in their original packaging, with all accessories included. Returns can be made within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, customized, or missing their original packaging.

United States
a flat $4.00 fee is deducted for returns requesting a refund, while returns for store credit or exchanges are entirely free. After submitting your return request, you'll receive a QR code or a prepaid return label for easy processing.
International
For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label will not be provided for international returns. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, helping you monitor your shipment in case of delays or issues.
Start a Return or Exchange
- Go to our Return Center and enter your order number along with the email address linked to your purchase.
After submitting your return or exchange request, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label to print or a QR code to present at your local courier for easy drop-off. Additionally, you'll receive step-by-step instructions for completing your return.
- After we receive your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 1-2 business days. If you're requesting an exchange, please allow 4-7 business days for processing, unless you have selected the Instant Exchange option. For any backordered items in your exchange, kindly refer to our website for the estimated shipping date.
Refund Policy
The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part. Your refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) along with any applicable sales tax, minus any discounts applied to the order. If you are located in the United States, a $4.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive, process, and restock your returned items at our warehouse, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that refunds cannot be issued to any other payment method.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
