Tracking Shows No Movement
If your tracking status has been stuck in ‘Pre-shipment’ for more than 3 business days, contact our team via the Help Center or at [email protected] for assistance.
If your package was in transit but appears stuck, allow a few extra business days for updates. Since we have access to the same tracking information as you, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Tracking Number Was Canceled
If your tracking number was canceled, our team may have voided it and assigned a new one. If no new tracking number appears within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] for an update.
Tracking Shows Delivered, but Package Is Missing
If your order is marked delivered but you can’t find it:
- Verify your shipping address in the confirmation email.
- Check the carrier's website for updated tracking details.
- Look around your delivery area and check with neighbors, building management, or security.
